We specialize in innovative non-surgical pain treatment that are not typically covered by insurance. While some insurance plans may suggest coverage, our experience indicates this is often not the case. 

Although we do not accept insurance, we can assist you if you wish to seek reimbursement. After your treatment, we will provide a detailed receipt of the services received and their associated costs. You can submit this receipt to your insurance company to request reimbursement.  Generally patients have more success dealing directly with their own insurance companies.  Note: Medicare does not cover our services.

Scheduling your appointment with us is quick and easy using our "Book Online" option. If you have any questions or need assistance feel free to contact us directly.

No referral is necessary however we do encourage our patients to continue to communicate with their current physicians incase any medicinal direction is needed.

We prioritize your safety and well-being. While alternative electrical therapy devices can be highly effective for many patients, there are several contraindications to consider:

  • Embedded Electrical Devices: Patients with pacemakers, spinal cord stimulators, or other implanted electrical devices should not undergo these therapies, as the electrical signals could interfere with device function.
  • History of Seizures: Individuals with a history of seizures may be at increased risk when undergoing electrical therapy, as the treatment could potentially trigger a seizure event.
  • Anticonvulsant Medications: Medications such as gabapentin and Lyrica, commonly prescribed for seizure control and nerve pain, may interfere with the success of Scrambler Pain Therapy. These medications can potentially extend treatment times or reduce the effectiveness of the therapy.

Before beginning any treatment, our team  conducts a thorough evaluation to ensure the safety and efficacy of the proposed therapy for each individual. If you have any of the above contraindications or are on medications like anticonvulsants, please inform us during your initial consultation.
